Dengyin Zhang, male, works as a researcher, doctoral supervisor, secretary of the general branch of the logistics industry of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, deputy director of the University Science and Technology Park Management Office, secretary-general of the Internet of Things Research Institute, general manager of Jiangsu Nanyou Internet of Things Science Park, and academic leader in computer application people. He is a senior member of China Communications Society, a senior member of China Computer Society, a member of Nanjing National Economic and Social Informatization Expert Group (Network Information System Professional Group), a director of Jiangsu Microcomputer Application Association, a director of Jiangsu Artificial Intelligence Professional Committee, a training candidate of Jiangsu University "Youth and Blue Project", a training candidate of Jiangsu Province "Six Talent Summit" high-level talents, and the first batch of young and middle-aged science and technology leaders of “333 High-level Talent Training Project” in Jiangsu Province, as well as the training object of Jiangsu Province "Qinglan Project" science and technology innovation team (wireless network and information security). He also contributes as a special reviewer for academic journals such as the Journal of Electronics, Journal of China Post and Telecommunications University (English version), Journal of Electronics and Information, and Computer Engineering. He has completed (appraised or accepted) more than 50 scientific research projects at all levels such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National 863 Program, Key Science and Technology Development Program of Ministry of Information and Industry, Provincial High Technology Research, etc. In addition, he applied for more than 40 national invention patents (of which 12 were granted), published more than 100 papers in core journals at home and abroad (of which more than 40 were SCI/EI-indexed), published 2 edited books, and won 8 provincial and ministerial awards for scientific and technological achievements such as the second prize of Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Progress, the third prize of Science and Technology of China Communications Society, and the first prize of Jiangsu Provincial Excellent Software.

　    张登银，男，研究员、博士研究生导师，南京邮电大学后勤产业党总支书记，大学科技园管理办公室副主任，物联网研究院秘书长，江苏南邮物联网科技园总经理，计算机应用专业学术带头人。中国通信学会高级会员，中国计算机学会高级会员，南京市国民经济和社会信息化专家组成员（网络信息系统专业组）， 江苏省微型电脑应用协会理事，江苏省人工智能专业委员会理事，江苏省高校“青蓝工程”培养对象，江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才培养对象，江苏省 “333高层次人才培养工程”首批中青年科学技术带头人。江苏省“青蓝工程”科技创新团队（无线网络与信息安全）培养对象。电子学报、中国邮电高校学报 （英文版）、电子与信息学报、计算机工程等学术期刊特约审稿人。已完成（鉴定或验收）国家自然科学基金、国家863计划、信产部重点科技发展计划、省高技 术研究等各级各类科研课题50余项，申请国家发明专利40余项（其中获得授权12项），在国内外核心期刊发表论文100余篇（其中SCI/EI收录40余 篇），出版编著2部，获江苏省科技进步2等奖、中国通信学会科学技术3等奖、江苏省优秀软件1等奖等省部级科技成果奖励8项。

　　近20年来，一直从事网络通信、信号与信息处理等领域的研究、开发、教学和技术推广工作，已培养硕士研究生51人。在通信网络领域，在卫星组网、流量控 制、宽带接入、OFDM、网格平台等网络信号处理方面，作为技术负责人或主要骨干，主持或参与完成了国自基金、国防863和广东省自然科学基金等项目。特 别是在各种通信网络计费系统设计及其信息处理方面，得到了信息产业部（原邮电部）有关程控交换机、本地通信网、移动通信网等系列重点科技发展计划资助和江 苏省教育厅产业化项目、江苏省重大科技支撑计划（工业）项目资助，以及原宜兴邮电局、无锡邮电局、拉萨邮电局、胥浦邮电局、中兴、华为等应用单位和研发企 业的项目委托（总经费超过1000万），完成了一系列研究成果和应用推广工作，取得了良好的社会经济效益，获得多项省部级科技成果奖励；在信号与信息处理 领域，主要是在信息融合（数字水印）以及信息安全（网络对抗）等网络信息处理方面，得到了国防863计划有关课题的系列资助以及国防预研、江苏省高科技、 江苏省“六大人才高峰”等项目资助，完成了多项科研任务。

　　目前承担瑞典国家科学基金委资助的瑞典－亚洲国际合作项目、国家自然科学基金、国家863计划、江苏省重大科技支撑计划、留学回国人员资助项目等科研课 题，主要研究方向为现代通信网络与信息处理技术、无线通信与智能信号处理、基于IP的下一代通信网络、信息安全，研究内容涉及三网融合、多载波调制、协作 通信、网络编码、移动计算、智能代理、网格安全、信息融合等。
