Junwei Cao, Ph.D., is a researcher at National Research Center for Information Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. He also holds the positions such as a member of the Electric Power Informatization Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering, the executive director of the Energy Internet Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Automation, an expert of the Energy Internet Equipment and Technology Branch of the China Machinery Industry Federation, a standing member of the Big Data Science and Engineering Professional Committee of the China Society of Command and Control, a member of the Expert Committee of the State Power Investment Group, a member of the Science and Technology Advisory Committee of the State Grid Corporation of China Big Data Center, etc. In addition, he has published more than 300 academic papers, 10 edited books, with more than 60,000 citations according to Google Scholar, applied for over 100 invention patents of which more than 30 were granted, received 4 scientific and technological awards from provincial and ministerial societies, and won the 2016 Breakthrough Prize of International Basic Physics.

曹军威，男，博士，清华大学北京信息科学与技术国家研究中心研究员。兼任中国电机工程学会电力信息化专业委员会委员，中国自动化学会能源互联网专业委员会常务理事，中国机械工业联合会能源互联网设备与技术分会专家，中国指挥与控制学会大数据科学与工程专业委员会常务委员，国家电力投资集团专家委员会委员，国家电网公司大数据中心科技咨询委员会委员等。发表学术论文300余篇，出版编著10本，根据Google Scholar统计引用6万次以上，申请发明专利100余项，授权30余项，获得省部学会科技奖励4项，获得2016年度国际基础物理学特别突破奖（Breakthrough Prize）。
