Xiaoming Zhang, is a Ph.D., professor, doctoral supervisor, and director-general of the Testing Technology Professional Committee of the Chinese Academy of Ordnance Engineering. He graduated from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, majoring in precision instruments and machinery, with a doctorate in engineering in July 2009. At present, he works in the State Key Laboratory of Dynamic Test Technology jointly established by the provincial ministry and the School of Instrumentation and Electronics of North Central University, mainly engaged in scientific research in the field of advanced navigation test technology such as inertial navigation, satellite navigation, geomagnetic navigation, and combined navigation technology. He has successively carried out research on the design and manufacture of micro-inertial devices and micro-inertial measurement combinations, MIMU-based multi-sensor integrated navigation and information fusion technology, geomagnetic navigation technology, and navigation testing technology in missile-borne environments. He presided over 3 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, chaired and participated in 4 pre-research projects of equipment in the 13th Five-Year Plan, and published 1 monograph "Theory and Practice of Geomagnetic Navigation". He won a first prize and a second prize of Shanxi Science and Technology Award, published more than 30 research papers, 12 of which were indexed by SCI and EI, and authorized more than 10 national invention patents.


       张晓明,博士,教授,博士生导师,中国兵工学会测试技术专业委员会总干事。2009年7月毕业于北京航空航天大学精密仪器及机械专业,获工学博士学位。现在省部共建动态测试技术国家重点实验室和中北大学仪器与电子学院工作,主要从事惯性导航、卫星导航、地磁导航及组合导航技术等先进导航测试技术领域的科研工作。先后开展微惯性器件和微型惯性测量组合的设计制造、基于MIMU的多传感器组合导航及信息融合技术、地磁导航技术、弹载环境下导航测试技术等方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,主持并参与十三五装备预先研究项目4项,出版专著《地磁导航理论与实践》1部。获山西省科学技术一等奖1项,二等奖1项。发表研究论文三十余篇,其中SCI、EI检索12篇,授权国家发明专利十余项。
