Prof.  Qing Li,

Qing Li is a second-level professor, doctoral tutor of China Jiliang University, currently serving as the director of the National and Local Joint Engineering Laboratory for Disaster Monitoring Technology and Instruments, director of Zhejiang Provincial Quality Inspection Technology and Instrument Collaborative Innovation Center, and vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board of China Metrology and Testing Society. He has been honored as a leader of the National Ten Thousand People Plan, a special allowance of the State Council Government, a national outstanding teacher, a young scientist with outstanding contribution in Zhejiang Province, a meritorious teacher in Zhejiang Province, etc. He has presided over more than 30 national and provincial science and technology projects and hosted two first-class and four second-class prizes of provincial and ministerial science and technology progress awards.

       李青，二级教授，中国计量大学博士研究生导师，现任灾害监测技术与仪器国家地方联合工程实验室主任、浙江省质量检测技术及仪器协同创新中心主任、中国计量测试学会监事会副会长。获国家万人计划领军人才、享受国务院政府特殊津贴、全国优秀教师、浙江省有突出贡献中青年科技人员、浙江省功勋教师等荣誉，主持国家级和省部级科技项目30余项，主持获省部级科技进步奖一等奖2项、二等奖4项。
