Jun Zhou is a second-level professor at Ningbo University and a part-time doctoral supervisor at Ningbo Institute of Materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

He graduated from the Department of Physics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a Ph.D. degree in Photonics in 1996. From 1999 to 2006, he was engaged in research on optoelectronics, biophotonics, photonic device design and fabrication, surface plasmon polaritons, and surface-enhanced Raman scattering properties at the City University of Hong Kong, UNESCO International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP), Council for National Research (CNR) Institute of Automatic Control, Italian, Institute of Microelectronics (IME), Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and University of Washington, USA.

He is currently a member of the Optical Society of China, the Optical Society of America, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and the Optoelectronic Technology Professional Committee of the Optical Society of China. He is a conference reviewer of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a conference reviewer of major special research projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, a conference reviewer of the BRICS cooperation projects of the Key R&D Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology, a reviewer of major science and technology projects and industrial projects of Zhejiang Province and Ningbo City, and a reviewer of science and technology projects of Beijing, Shanghai, and Jiangsu Province. He is also a reviewer of many international journals and an evaluation expert of the Science and Technology Award of the Ministry of Education, the Science and Technology Award of Zhejiang Province, and the Science and Technology Progress Award of Ningbo. 

He published 174 research papers on surface-enhanced Raman scattering, nonlinear optics, biopolymer photonic device preparation, and nanomaterials in academic journals such as Nature Communications, ACS Nano, Optics Letters, and Applied Physics letters, with 124 papers retrieved by SCI and 164 by EI. He obtained 17 authorized national invention patents and published a textbook. He presided over and completed 5 major international cooperative research projects and general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 2 research projects funded by UNESCO and the International Atomic Energy Agency, 1 research fund for returnees from the Ministry of Education, 1 project of “Qianjiang Talents” in Zhejiang Province, 14 projects including Zhejiang Natural Science Foundation and Ningbo Science and Technology Project. He participated in 1 project of the Science and Technology Grant Committee of the University of Hong Kong and 1 project of the Italian-EU Science and Technology Program.

He was awarded the Third World Academy of Sciences Communication Commendation in 2002, the Second Prize of Science and Technology Progress in Xinjiang Autonomous Region (ranked third) in 2005, the Second Prize of Science and Technology Progress in Ningbo City (ranked first) in 2009, the Second Prize of Science and Technology Award in Zhejiang Province (ranked first) in 2010, and the Second Prize of Science and Technology Progress in Ningbo City (ranked first) in 2022, etc. In addition, he won the title of “Model Worker” in Ningbo in 2010, “Yucai Award” by Wang Kuancheng Foundation in 2011, “Outstanding Teacher of Zhejiang University” in 2012, “Outstanding Overseas Student Talent” in Ningbo in 2018, and “Leading Talent” in Ningbo in 2020.


       周骏,宁波大学二级教授,中科院宁波材料所兼职博士生导师。

       1996年上海交通大学物理系光子学专业毕业,理学博士学位。1999年至2006年,先后在香港城市大学、联合国教科文组织国际理论物理中心(ICTP)、意大利国家研究理事会(CNR)自动控制研究所、新加坡微电子研究所(IME)、新加坡南洋理工大学、美国华盛顿大学等从事光电子学、生物光子学、光子器件设计与制备、表面等离激元与表面增强拉曼散射特性研究。

       现为中国光学学会、美国光学学会、美国电气和电子工程师协会会员,中国光学学会光电技术专业委员会委员。国家自然科学基金项目会议评审专家,科技部重大专项研究计划项目会议评审专家,科技部重点研发计划金砖国家合作项目会议评审专家,浙江省和宁波市重大科技项目和工业项目评审专家,北京市、上海市和江苏省等省市科技计划项目评审专家。教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)奖、浙江省科学技术奖和宁波市科技进步奖等评审专家。担任多家国际杂志审稿人。

       在Nature Communications、ACS Nano、Optics Letters和Applied Physics letters等学术期刊发表有关表面增强拉曼散射、非线性光学、生物聚合物光子器件制备和纳米材料研究论文174篇,124篇论文被SCI检索,164篇被EI检索。获得授权国家发明专利17项。出版教材1部。主持完成国家自然科学基金重大国际合作研究项目和面上项目5项,联合国教科文组织和国际原子能机构资助研究项目2项,教育部留学回国人员科研基金1项,浙江省“钱江人才”项目1项、浙江省自然科学基金和宁波市科技项目等14项。参加香港大学科技拨款委员会项目1项,意大利-欧盟科技计划项目1项。

       2002年获第三世界科学院通讯表彰;2005年获新疆自治区科技进步二等奖(排名第三);2009年获宁波市科技进步二等奖(排名第一);2010年获浙江省科学技术奖二等奖(排名第一);2022年获宁波市科技进步二等奖(排名第一)等。2010年获宁波市“劳动模范”称号;2011年获王宽诚基金会“育才奖”;2012年获“浙江省高校优秀教师”称号;2018年获宁波市“优秀留学人才”荣誉称号;2020年被认定为宁波市领军人才。
