Prof. Zuchao Zhu

Zhejiang Sci-Tech University

Zuchao Zhu (born March 1966), a professor and doctoral advisor of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University (ZSTU), is the Director of Zhejiang Provincial Key Laboratory of Fluid Transmission Technology Research and Board member of Chinese Society of Engineering Thermophysics as well as the Fluids Engineering Division of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. Most of his research concerns the development and applications of fluid engineering equipment such as multiphase flows and special pumps & valves. 

As the first completer, he won one second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, two first prizes and four second prizes of Science and Technology Progress Awards at Provincial and Ministerial level; he has presided over more than 20 projects such as Key Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China and Zhejiang Key R & D Programs.

Prof. Zhu has received numerous honors such as New Century Excellent Talents in the Ministry of Education of China, Award for Outstanding Young Teacher supported by the Fok Ying-Tung Education Foundation, outstanding talents of Ten-thousand Talents Plan of Zhejiang, Youth and Mature Scientist with Outstanding Contributions to Zhejiang Province, Key Sponsor of the New Century 151 Talent Project of Zhejiang Province, and Qianjiang Specially-Appointed Professor. Besides, he also enjoyed special government allowances of the State Council of China. 

Until now, Prof. Zhu has published more than 100 papers, including more than 70 SCI-indexed papers, 7 monographs, and more than 20 authorized invention patents.

       朱祖超，男，1966年3月出生于浙江苍南，工学博士，二级教授，现为浙江理工大学流体传输技术实验室（流体传输系统技术国家地方联合实验室、流体机械及工程国家国际科技合作示范基地、浙江省流体输送技术研究重点实验室）主任、博导，中国工程热物理学会和中国机械工程学会流体工程学会理事。一直从事多相流动和特种泵阀等流体工程装备的研究开发和工程应用。作为第一完成人获国家科技进步二等奖1项、省部级科技进步一等奖2项和二等奖4项；主持国家自然科学基金重点项目和浙江省重点研发等项目20余项；获享受国务院特贴专家、教育部新世纪优秀人才、霍英东优秀青年教师奖、浙江省万人计划杰出人才、浙江省有突出贡献中青年科技人员、浙江省新世纪151人才重点资助人员和钱江特聘教授等荣誉。

       至今，发表论文100余篇，其中SCI收录70余篇，出版专著7部，授权发明专利20余件。
